Abstract

Humans always play an active and dominant role in every organizational activity, because humans are the planners, actors and determinants of the realization of organizational goals. Goals cannot be realized without the active role of employees even though the tools the company has are so sophisticated. To be able to find out the extent of the existence, role and contribution of human resources in achieving organizational success, performance measurement is certainly needed. A successful and effective organization is an organization with individuals who have good performance. An effective or successful organization will be supported by quality human resources. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the simultaneous influence of organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of Roxy Mall Banyuwangi employees. The population in the research is employees of Roxy Mall, Banyuwangi Regency, totaling 82 people. , using census sampling.

Factors increasing employee performance consisting of organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously greatly influence employee performance at ROXY Banyuwangi Mall. Partial factors for increasing employee performance that influence employee performance at ROXY Banyuwangi Mall, namely the variables Organizational Culture and Work Discipline
