PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI, KOMPENSASI, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BANK JATIM CABANG BANYUWANGI
Abstract
Human Resource Management aims to empower, develop, research, human resources and existing natural resources can be managed effectively and efficiently. Basically, management is an effort to organize resources to achieve organizational or corporate goals. As a process to achieve this, careful planning, consistent implementation, and continuous control are needed so that these goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Organizational Commitment, Compensation and Job Satisfaction simultaneously on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Jatim Banyuwangi Branch. The population in the study were all employees at Bank Jatim Banyuwangi Branch, totaling 52 people, using proposive techniques.
There is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment, Compensation, Job Satisfaction on the performance of Bank Jatim Banyuwangi Branch employees. This can be seen from the results of calculating the F-count value of 5.510 > the F-table value of 3.90 and a significance level of 0.001 <alpha (α = 0.05). The results of this study indicate that the Organizational Commitment variable has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Bank Jatim Banyuwangi Branch employees. This can be seen from the results of the calculation of the regression test with a value of 0.276 and a t-count value of 2.040 > t-table of 1.65507550018709 and with a significance level of 0.043 <alpha (α = 0.05)
