PENERAPAN NILAI-NILAI PANCASILA DALAM KEHIDUPAN BERTETANGGA DI PERUMAHAN DINAS LAPAS PEREMPUAN MALANG

Abstract

Pancasila is the philosophical basis of the Indonesian state, which summarizes the nation's core values such as unity, social justice, democracy and religious harmony. Pancasila functions as a guiding principle for all aspects of Indonesian society, including the surrounding environment. The word Pancasila itself means five and represents the five basic principles that shape national identity. The importance of Pancasila in Indonesian society cannot be overstated. Pancasila provides a framework for promoting unity and harmony, fostering a sense of belonging and togetherness among neighbors. The principles of Pancasila guide individuals and communities in their interactions, helping to build strong relationships and creating a peaceful and inclusive environment. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the Application of Pancasila Values in Neighborly Life in the Housing Department of the Malang Women's Prison Service. The method used in this research is empirical juridical research with a sociological approach supported by primary and secondary data. The results of the research show that neighbors in the Malang Women's Prison Service Housing Department have implemented Pancasila values which are realized in the form of activity programs including: Community Service, Community Gathering Activities, Congregational Prayers and Posyandu.
