Abstract

This research finds out (1) the influence of financial aspects on the performance of furniture SMEs in Blimbing District, Malang City (2) the influence of HR competency on the performance of furniture SMEs in Blimbing District, Malang City. In this research, census sampling is used, namely a sampling technique if all SMEs in the population are used as samples. The data used in this research is primary data from the results of distributing questionnaires. The testing method uses validity, reliability, classical assumptions and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS for Windows version of the program. The results of this research found variable financial aspects and human resource competence on SME performance. Meanwhile, the financial aspect variables and human resource competency are not significant on the performance of SMEs in furniture in Blimbing District, Malang City.
